EEVS Vietnam seeks an experienced Marketing Manager with a flair for developing and executing campaigns, inspiring teams, and balancing both short-term tasks and long-term strategies. Proficiency in day-to-day marketing operations and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines are crucial. Join us in meeting the dynamic needs of our growing company Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. • Create and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional media. • Lead the development of a unique brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Manage and optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. • Conduct regular keyword research and stay abreast of SEO best practices to maintain a strong online presence. • Design visual concepts for promotional activities and collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand representation. • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, leveraging them for effective press coverage and promotional opportunities. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the education field. • Proficiency in online marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing. • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms. • Established contacts in the media.

Skills & Competencies • Planning and monitoring campaign spending against the allocated budget, ensuring targets are met and maintaining accurate records. • Collaborating with other advertising/media experts to enhance campaign and website performance. • Proficiency in online marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing. • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines. • Demonstrated success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge • In-depth knowledge and experience with creating strategic marketing plans and tactical marketing plans, especially in the field of education. • Experience in public relations, online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
