Marketing Manager

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Content and Creative.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

- Set, monitor and report on team goals.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Work closely with Center Managers to monitor the trend of inquiries, placement tests, repeat registrations, and other relevant key success metrics

- Manage design, development and production of all marketing collaterals, program guides and other services guides as needed in the promotion of POLY to prospective students, parents and public at large.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration and support for the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

- Perform other duties required by CGO.

- Bachelor’s degree, minimum 7-year experience in marketing (preferably (B2C).

- 3 years of management experience directly managing a Marketing Team at corporate level.

- Strong planning and organizational skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly about, educational programs and services.

- Self-motivated, confident and optimistic demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Result-oriented, initiative, flexible with a passion to learn.

- Demonstrated experience of taking initiative and significant ownership of the work and a good team-building spirit.

- Willingness to work sometimes outside of standard office hours in order to meet business objectives.
