Marketing Manager

Business Development:

● Identify and connect with potential Vietnamese buyers (distributors).

● Facilitate B2B meetings (both online and offline) between Vietnamese buyers and Gyeongsangbuk-do enterprises.

● Develop and implement strategies to increase trade and cooperation between Gyeongsangbuk-do and Vietnamese enterprises.

Marketing and Promotion:

● Introduce and promote Gyeongsangbuk-do enterprises and their products through various channels, including the GEPA Facebook fan page.

● Create engaging content and manage social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.

Interpretation and Translation:

● Provide interpretation services during B2B meetings and official events.

● Translate documents and communications as needed to support business activities.

Administrative Support:

● Assist the director with various tasks and projects.

● Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

● Maintain accurate records and databases of business contacts and activities.

Educational Background:

● FLUENCY IN KOREAN

● Bachelor’s degree in Korean language or Economics, Trade, Marketing is a plus

● Over 1 year of working experience is a plus

Language Skills:

● Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK certificate, level 4 or higher).

● Strong communication skills in both Korean and Vietnamese.

Technical Skills:

● Proficient in computer applications (Hancom, MS Word, Excel).

● Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

● Hardworking, proactive, and reliable.

● Willingness to learn and improve continuously.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Responsible for any tasks in-charge.

Working Condition

- Salary: GROSS 14 million ~18 million VND

- Candidate will be given 85% of salary during 2 months of probation (not including social insurance)

- The salary can be renegotiated after 2 months of probation

- Annual Leave: 12 days

- Professional working environment

- Working hour: 08:00 am ~17:00pm, Monday to Friday (Weekend OT is required occasionally by events/fairs)

Selection of candidates

1. 1st Round (Aug 5th ~ 24th 2024):

○ Submit documents (Korean CV, certificate, etc.)

○ The email title must be "Name, Application for GEPA HCMC Office."

○ Selected candidates will be notified via email about the interview.

2. 2nd Round (interview time will be announced later):

○ In-person interview at the GEPA HCMC office.

○ Candidates must provide proven records and evidence during the interview.
