Slimcase is a Singapore-based premium phone case brand, now with headquarters in Vietnam. We operate in multiple countries, including the United States, Australia, South Africa, and South East Asia.
At Slimcase, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile global marketing manager. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing international campaigns while managing and inspiring our team.
- Objectives of this role:
* Localised brand image for each country.
* Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
* Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
* Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Responsibilities:
* Lead the international team of marketers to localize brand image in each country.
* Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
* Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
* Conduct in-market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends in the mobile phone case industry. Provide clarification of user and market requirements for product team to build the product line.
* Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

- Required skills and qualifications:
* Experience in a leading international team.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven success in developing marketing and branding plans and campaigns.
* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
* Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Preferred skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
* Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
* Experience in E-commerce/Fashion/Tech industry.
* Established contacts in the media.
