Marketing Manager

• Assist the Marketing Director in executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business development.

• Manage changes of marketing materials including sales/communication assets (profile, portfolio, brochure,..), ensuring they are updated and consistency

• Create and deliver original content for digital channels (social media, email, website,..), ensuring it aligns with company branding and marketing goals.

• Regularly update and optimize performance for all digital channels to ensure user engagement and business efficiency.

• Maintain the company’s image/video library and ensure that it aligns with marketing, product, and business development needs.

• Support the planning and execution of events such as FAM trips, sales calls, and travel fairs.

• Conducting market research to gather insights on customers, competitors, and emerging trends.

• Collaborate with HR to support internal events, employee engagement activities

Requirement

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration or a related field.

• Excellent English writing skills.

• Strong implementation skills with precise time managements.

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, website CMS).

• Deep understanding about marketing analysis tools (Google Analysis, Looker Studio, Mailchimp, Ahref,..)

• Creative spirit always on the lookout for new ideas and angles.

• Dedicated team player and committed to delivering.

• Previous experience in the travel industry is a bonus.

• Photography and videography skills are a bonus.
