Position Overview
LA MANNE BAKERY is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence in the B2B sector, launch our new online shop, and spearhead our international market entry. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, produce impactful sales and marketing collateral, and drive brand growth both domestically and overseas.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing, e-commerce, and international market development, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop, implement, and manage integrated B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain wholesale customers (e.g., catering companies, hotels, restaurants, schools, coffee shops, supermarkets).
• Analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities within the B2B bakery sector.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, support lead generation, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Develop customer journey maps and segmentation strategies to create targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer segments.
2. Online Shop Development & E-commerce Marketing:
• Lead the strategy, development, and launch of the C'est Bon Bakery online shop, focusing on user experience, conversion optimization, and sales generation.
• Design and implement online marketing strategies across all digital platforms, including website optimization, SEO, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) .
• Develop and manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and strategies tailored for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to optimize the online shop's performance and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop comprehensive content strategies for the online shop, potentially overseeing content creation.
3. Sales & Marketing Collateral Development:
• Design, develop, and update a wide range of sales and marketing collateral, including factsheets, presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and sales aids.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant with regulations, and effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B customers.
• Work closely with product development to create impactful marketing materials for new and existing bakery product.
4. International Marketing & Brand Expansion:
• Develop and implement international marketing strategies tailored to specific foreign markets, adapting marketing plans to different cultural contexts.
• Analyze international markets to identify business opportunities and conduct competitive intelligence beyond national borders.
• Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns abroad, ensuring brand message consistency across different regions.
• Manage the allocated international marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve global marketing objectives.
• Maintain relationships with local and international partners to foster collaboration.
• Focus on developing Vietnamese language content for international marketing initiatives 7.
5. Brand Management & Reporting:
• Maintain and strengthen a strong brand image and corporate identity across all marketing channels.
• Manage the overall marketing budget effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall marketing performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong background in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and/or international marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience in developing sales and marketing collateral.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and strong professional English skills are required.
• Experience in the food & beverage or wholesale industry is advantageous.
