- Formulate, define, and execute annual marketing plans with integrated marketing and communications strategies, incorporating Digital, PR, and Branding strategies, showcasing the brand’s value proposition, and aligning to the company’s business objectives
- Manage and track overall marketing budget
- Monitor trends in marketing, assist to develop and manage the content calendar
- Consolidate and manage the investment on digital touchpoints across all digital platforms
- Spearhead and coordinate all branding and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation
- Strategize, determine, and drive digital marketing effectiveness through advertising tools such as Google SEM, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising
- Manage company website, social media platforms, and other affiliated accounts, ensuring that all content remains relevant, engaging, and informative while keeping it optimized for both an excellent user experience and for search engines (SEO)
- Review, monitor, and report digital marketing performance
- Supporting the Marketing team with the creation of visual assets (EDMs, social media, ads, video production)
- Manage and oversee all PR and Branding outreach, liaising with brand partners, media relations, influencers
- Manage copywriting work including press releases, articles, collaterals
- Track, analyse, and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments internally to establish content for marketing campaigns and align business directions to initiate winning strategies
- Effectively identify, communicate, and manage external parties such as agencies and vendors creatively on digital and print production

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese with a demonstrated proficiency in copywriting and developing content across marketing channels
- Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing & Communications/Mass Communications/Business Marketing with at least 5-8 years of related work experience
- Experienced in digital marketing mediums (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and website analytics (Google Analytics, Google SEM, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising)
- Generalist experienced in setting up in-house Marketing department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign would be a bonus
