Mô Tả Công Việc
• Create related support policies and allocate promotions for customer/shopper to avoid channel conflict.
• Evaluate trade campaign that provide data & suggestion to improve trade promotion campaign.
• Delivery goods by region & channel. Monitor & settle distributor's inventory to align with company’s procedure and distribution contract.
• Market research & market visit to review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor’s actions and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan (Sales / Marketing / Trade) for each channel / region.
• Monitor / Coach/ Train for team member to align the Trade team towards the business objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3-5 years working experience in trade marketing and managerial level
• Leadership skills and Strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions.
• Good relationship building and teamwork.
• Innovative thinking & Flexible: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution.
• Capable of analyzing big amount of data and create a strategic suggestion to sales team.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably working in the frozen food industry
