Marketing Manager

HeBe VN is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies to bolster brand visibility and engagement in the Vietnamese market. This role demands a blend of digital marketing prowess and the ability to forge meaningful collaborations with KOCs, KOLs, and influencers to drive monopoly brand's success.

Professional Expertise and Experience:

- Proficient use of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google AdWords, and TikTok for product showcasing.

- Collaborate with beauty influencers for authentic engagement and content creation.

- Create valuable content related to beauty and cosmetics, such as makeup tutorials, skincare routines, and beauty tips on TikTok or Instagram.

- Offering free samples, either online, in-store or through subscription boxes, allows consumers to try before they buy. Hosting giveaways on social media can also increase engagement and brand awareness.

- Create pop-up stores or participate in beauty events to directly engage with the target audience.

- Collaborate with other brands, artists, or celebrities to create limited edition products. These collaborations can generate excitement and attract both fan bases to your products.

Core Responsibilities:

- Craft and execute creative and cutting-edge marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand recognition and consumer engagement.

- Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the overarching business goals.

- Lead digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across social media, search engines, and email marketing channels.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with KOCs, KOLs, and influencers for promotional activities, including live streaming and offline events.

- Organize and participate in offline events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to stimulate customer interest and boost sales.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and dynamics to ensure HeBe VN remains a competitive force in the market.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, with a significant emphasis on digital marketing strategies.

- Prior experience with Loreal Vietnam or TDIC is highly valued.

- Leadership experience, particularly in managing small to medium-sized teams.

- A proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking

- Strong communication skills for effective partnerships and team collaboration.

- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Korean language skills are advantageous.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
