* POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and craft compelling messaging to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s goals.
* RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
* Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with all the PAV’s teams to define marketing goals and objectives, and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals of PAV, recommend changes to reflect on the market intelligence, insights and trends;
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels and set KPIs for campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Identify trends, customer preferences through market research, analyze data to gain insights into market opportunities and threats.
- Ensure all the strategies align with the PAV’s business growth.
* Partnership
- Manage the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing initiatives aimed at generating demand.
- Identify and pursue potential partners to optimize revenue through collaborative efforts.
- Establish a robust communication framework to engage with partner resources, ensure they are informed about promotions, solution updates, and other important information.
- Enhance and expand partnership marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and other initiatives.
* Implementing Management
- Direct marketing campaigns across various traditional and digital channels to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate leads that drive student enrollments.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to implement communication and marketing strategies, as well as any additional initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate business events on both campuses to enhance visibility and improve access for the local community.
- Track, assess, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Oversee involvement in communication crisis response.
* Digital Strategy
- Plan and oversee the company's active presence on social media platforms.
- Stay informed about online marketing trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitors and current market trends. Identify key audience segments and create detailed personas while analyzing students/parents’ behaviors and preferences.
- Refine and enhance the digital marketing strategy to align with overall business objectives. Establish clear KPIs for measuring success.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored specifically to the identified target audiences. Continuously monitor SEO performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing KPIs and adapt strategies based on the insights gathered. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
* Team Management
- Establish clear, measurable goals for the marketing team aligned with organizational objectives. Set up regular check-ins to review individual and team performance.
- Guide and mentor the Marketing team, fostering their development and providing necessary training and support to optimize performance.
- Foster a positive team culture through team-building activities and events.
- Ensure team members track and report on marketing metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director and BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
* REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required), MBA is preferred.
- Experience in high-end/premium services/products. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with creating strategic marketing plans, and tactical marketing plans, preferably in the field of education.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with public relation, online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
