Job Description and Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SMM, SEO/SERM, SEM.)
• Communicate with developers on promo microsites building;
• Prepare and optimize content for digital marketing campaigns;
• Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activities
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize digital marketing distribution through various channels.
Media and mailing
• Analyse results of media activities and propose improvements
• Proves with legal department the juridical aspect of marketing concepts and materials
• Plans and controls of budget and costs of media
• Secures regular and effective Media Planning, keeping the deadlines, monitoring competitor’s activities, providing Business Units with required data for final decision making
• Establishes strong relationship with Key Media and Other Partners, achieve the best possible discounts, initiate additional benefits such as free publications, better placements, propose new type of activities (co-branding, cross activities) with measurable result.
• Develop Active Database by various acquisition activities
• Partner’s cooperation, Co-Branding, New Channel’s Development;
• Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing, media and acquisition strategy to stimulate mail-order sales on the local market based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors and in accordance with business targets.
• Manages acquisition strategy based on pragmatic analysis of response rate and tests done, as well keep an open mind to new acquisition channels and media publications.
• Responsible for production of marketing mailing contents
• Adaptation of overseas marketing material into local market usage
• Ensure the contents use in marketing material are legal compliance
• Creative in finding solutions during adaptation process
• Responsible to ensure the accuracy of material contents
• Responsible to ensure all project deadlines are met
• Co-ordinate work flow with all related departments
• Analysis of mailing results and propose solution of the mailing plan
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or related industry
• B2C marketing experience especially in direct marketing industry
• Experience working in catalogue development is an added advantage
• Good in English
• Good organisational skills is very important
• Ability to plan ahead the assignment timeline
• Must respect production deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and pay attention to details
