Marketing Manager

• Involve in the full scope of product management (google channel and hospital channel) in Vietnam.

• Work with a high focus on digital & social media marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertisements, etc.

• Develop and implement plans on Digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google,

• Prepare online marketing material, including graphics, content, blog, and video editing for social media platforms, including Facebook, website, online blogs

• Improve the user experience of the website, mobile site, identify the areas of improvement, research the best practices and prepare the improvement plan

• Identify digital new trends and initiatives, review the feasibility of implementation

• Initiate new ideas to promote the products and grow the business

• Participate in consumer research projects related to consumer behavior and product usage.

• Co-operate with the Sales team to implement some marketing activities for the hospital channel, responsible for product exhibits, presentations, and demos for events, launches, trade fairs, public talks, and press events.

• Evaluate business opportunities through analysis and understanding of consumer behaviors, market trends, and new technologies.

• Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, marketing-related is most welcome

• At least 5 years experience in product/marketing management, strategic marketing, advertising, and digital marketing

• Basic graphics/video editing skills are required

• Good understanding of google ads, SEO and social media marketing

• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

• Experiences in the marketing of medical products preferable

• Strong teamwork whilst independently handling the marketing campaign

• Proficient in all MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent skills in communication, organizing, and presentation.

• Willing to learn hearing aid products
