Now we are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager for rebuilding and operating a professional marketing system, developing sustainable brand identity, and driving growth performance across the entire product/brand portfolio.
This position requires strategic thinking, multi-brand management capability, and strong leadership in both branding and performance marketing execution.
*** Key Responsibilities
A. System Building & Organization
• Re-establish the Marketing Department structure: define roles, processes, operating standards, for each function (Brand, Digital, Content, Design, Trade, etc.).
• Develop Brand Guidelines to standardize brand image and internal workflows (if any)
• Recruit, train, and develop a skilled marketing team to ensure execution capability and creativity.
B. Brand Development Direction
• Build an overall brand identity strategy for each brand group: positioning, personality, core values, image, and key messages.
• Oversee all creative activities (content, visuals, events, digital assets) to ensure high aesthetic standards and consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Propose long-term communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, preference, and customer trust.
C. Growth Performance Enhancement
• Develop a Performance Marketing Strategy: define the growth funnel and optimize costs .
• Combine business data, customer behavior insights, and communication campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
• Execute cross-channel campaigns (digital, trade, offline) to optimize conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to align sales targets with marketing and communication plans that drive sales.
D. Management & Reporting
• Plan and manage the marketing budget across all brands.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using specific KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on marketing performance and brand development plans.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Manager (or Brand Manager) in F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of IMC, Digital Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and brand planning.
• Fluent in English (experience working with international partners is a plus).
• Strong aesthetic sense and creative content development ability.
• Quick to adapt to new trends and highly market-sensitive.
• Passionate about the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of its characteristics and consumer behavior.
