- Be in charge of the Club promotion activities, events and entertainment
- Develop and maintain relationships with all Club's guest
- Prepare the yearly marketing plan
- Study and analyze the gaming market and competitors and prepare reports.
- Work together with all relevant departments to strategy
- Provides direct training, leadership and guidance to subordinate departments.
- Provide excellent customer service and seek opportunities to improve service.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and organize marketing department files, policies, and procedures.
- Produce analytics to evaluate marketing opportunities.
- Work effectively with all departments with a focus on improving services provided to Guests
- Prepare scheduled reports to the executive management team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 - 5 years solid working experience in the casino field
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Strong effective communicator and demonstrated ability to increase productivity
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Communication, computer, organization, negotiation, problem solving, analysis, planning.
- Being creative, energetic, innovative and able to work independently or teamwork under pressure
