1/ Planning: Making plan
For seasonal campaign Tết, Mooncake, Xmas, Womenday, Valentines… and other seasonal
- P&L calculation
- Work with R&D for product development
- Develop concept for all marketing materials
- Promotion plan for online & offline channel
- Monthly and Quarterly marketing activities plan base on the sales plan
2/ Manage campaign
- Working with designer for Package design, Poster, Banner, Leaflet. And other online & offline marketing material
- Working with the agency, manage and oversee the performance of the campaign daily.
- Manage the content on online & social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Website, Mailchimp, Google…)
- Follow the sale from B2B or Store leader to improve the result through marketing activities
- Tracking all measurements daily to make sure campaign running well or not and prepare for the next actions
III/ Manage regular marketing activities
Birthday cake & gift (online/offline) & Cooking class
- Analyze the industry trend and customer demand for Product & Service
- Work with R&D to develop the product that match demand
- Make plan content for marketing not only on social channel but also offline channel
- Monitor and improve stores display, decoration ,service to align with brand concept
- Weekly and monthly report
IV/ Develope marketing team
- Maintains team by recruiting and training employees (with HR)
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the goal
- Review & evaluate staff performance & Leveraging individual staff strengths
Regular Online Marketing Activities (No of FB content/ Engagement rate…)

- Working day: 6 days/week
- Strong at digital marketing, know how to use digital marketing tools
- Good communicator, Logical thinking/analytical skill

- Fluent English both Writing and speaking
- Design Skill is a plus (for example photoshop..)
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Maintain relationships with media vendors, suppliers, and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
