Job Description
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO Group’s subsidiary which opened over 20 years ago in Vietnam. The Group has 3 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Care (MC), and Medical Technology. You will join our 70+ people team and focus on Medical Care business.
This position will focus on these Key Responsibilities in Marketing
Report directly to General Manager Urgo Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities:
Job Requirements
STRATEGIC MARKETING
- Market outlook and understanding: responsible for market intelligent, monitoring MoH development, HCPs satisfaction, competitor analysis
- Anticipating and identifying industry LT moves, reimbursement and competitor trends
- While remaining HCPs-centric, better understands unmet needs and defines this posiible answer
- Strategic portfolio management
- Define/develop comprehensive and profitable portfolio of product to position company as a major player in the Vietnamese Wound Care market
- Proposing the right strategy and marketing -mix for new launches, setting the right focus and allocation of resources, identifying potential divestments
- Long-term strategic plan recommendation (3-5 years)
- Spearheading with other internal Stakeholders, the annual Strategic Seminar
- Aligning local strategy with Global and APAC guidline: products focus and lauching guidelines
OPERATIONAL MARKETING
- Strategy into action from LT strategy to short-term plan of actions
- Getting the internal and external stakeholders enaged
- Implementation of the strategy
- Clinical strategy and protocol setting
- KPIs and Reporting: monitoring the achievement of the SMART Objectives

Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or any Business courses
- Medical background or significant experience in Medical Field
- 4-5 years of Marketing experience in Medical Devices/ Technology or Pharmaceutical industries in Vietnam
- Having Sale experience and working in MNC is an advantage
- Must have essential techniques: marketing fudamental as product life cycle management, demonstrated in New Product Lauches, understanding of STP and Pricing management
- Extensive experience with Mircosoft Office software
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) & Excellent Vietnamese (verbal and written)
