Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will own BUFF’s brand, user growth strategy, and performance marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the founders, with real influence on product direction, growth decisions, and brand positioning. You’ll also work closely with the Product team to drive user-centric innovation and execute data-backed campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Positioning & Strategy
- Develop and refine BUFF’s brand identity across all online and offline channels.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across touchpoints (app, website, social media, etc.).
- Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns that strengthen BUFF’s image in the fintech space.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, PR, and events to expand brand reach and credibility.
2. Market Research & Product Growth
- Conduct market research to deeply understand customer behavior, trends, and needs.
- Collaborate with the Product team to conceptualize and develop new features or product initiatives.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market plans for new launches.
3. User Acquisition & Growth Marketing
- Design and manage full-funnel marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Manage growth channels including Website, App, Email, SEO, Social Media (Facebook Page, Group, etc.).
4. Data & Performance Analytics
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Track and improve funnel conversion rates (acquisition → activation → retention → referral → revenue).
5. Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a small but growing Marketing team.
- Work closely with the founders, Product team, and other stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
- Lead weekly planning and monthly performance reviews for marketing initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Product Marketing, preferably in tech or fintech startups.
• Strong ownership mindset—self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and analytics.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, AppTweak.
• Ability to manage campaigns from strategy to execution, and lead/coach junior team members.
