Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our brand narrative and driving impactful marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity where you will wear multiple hats to manage both online and offline projects and marketing initiatives, collaborate with diverse team members to shape our brand and work with senior management to strategize our marketing approach and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategies & Initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Senior Management to plan for marketing initiatives, coordinate the execution of the initiatives, and manage the marketing team around the smooth execution.
- Manage proactive market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Develop data-driven brand & marketing plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Oversee all aspects of tech event booth preparation and execution, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction whilst also working on ways to improve for future events for more exposure and engagement.
- Lead the monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to Management to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
Leadership
- Lead the marketing team with marketing initiatives, setting goals and tracking the process, providing guidance and support while fostering collaboration.
- Guide the marketing team for all online and offline initiatives, helping to improve brand awareness and content engagement, whilst always working on how best to present our brand to different market and customer segments to enhance inbound leads.
- Guide the marketing team to set up the email outreach process, content, and automation tools to optimize outbound leads.
- Oversee the leads handover process to the Sales team.
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, blogs, content, etc.).
- Continuously optimize marketing workflows, processes, and tools.
- Help with hiring and scaling up the team as and when required.
- Prepare and manage team budget and budget allocation for all steps of the marketing pipeline.
