- Planning and implementing using digital marketing channels and tools: website, facebook, google,... and channels through partners
- Make multi-channel digital marketing plan according to branding/promotion campaign and monthly/weekly plan; Work closely with Sales Departments to understand business goals and recommend Digital Marketing strategies and plans in line with KPIs and business budgets
- Build and optimize user journeys on Digital Marketing platforms
2. Manage and deploy digital marketing channels:
- Setup marketing channels and tools and measure, evaluate, monitor channels deployed through partners...
- Collaborate with content/design on landing pages, product content topics,... for digital marketing channels
- Optimize advertising, adjust, improve content / form / cost to increase the effectiveness of targeted branding/promotion channels or campaigns
3. Ensure online revenue according to the assigned target:
- Deploy digital marketing channels to ensure online sales targets are assigned within the allowed budget
- Manage website and ensure traffic target and conversion rate from social channel to website.
- Measure and report the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Assess new trends and technologies, research and propose innovations to drive business growth
- Coordinate with agencies to implement Digital Marketing campaigns
4. Perform other jobs:
- Analyze, select and develop more online communication channels to increase the number of converted customers - Create content when needed and perform other tasks (if any)
5. Planning and reporting periodically, as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor in Marketing
- At least 2 years of working in Digital
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in FMCG and dairy products fields.
- Good communication, presentation and presentation skills.
- Office computer: Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, presentations
- Planning ability, strength in Digital Techniques (SEO, SEM, Google adwords, Facebook ads,…)
