Marketing Officer (B2C)

***Housing: - Manage house hand-over, take care individual customers in house sales. - Liaise and collaborate with relevant teams at site to support buyers, residence, sales agencies, collaborators related to House Sales. - Prepare documents relative to sales activities such as: BA, SPA, notification letters, hand-over documents kit,…. - Manage the operation of Sales Gallery and model house at the project. - Sales Admin support. - Other tasks are assigned by Senior Manager. * Admin: - Prepare various report in B2B and B2C,- - - - - Support in all administrative and paper works. - Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes. -Tracking, updating and make sure all department operation following ISO standard.
