Marketing Planning Manager

- Lead and guide the planning team in developing campaign strategies and managing key tasks.

- Act as the primary owner of major campaigns and company-wide initiatives.

- Oversee the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of spending across all activities.

- Manage, coordinate, and maintain the performance and engagement of team members.

- Provide direction and ensure the quality of advertising materials, content strategy, and overall creative output.

- Build and optimize workflows to improve efficiency from planning through production.

- Manage budget allocation and maintain accurate reporting of all marketing expenditures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of electronic devices such as smartphones, accessories, and the consumer technology market.

- Solid skills in planning, data analysis, logical thinking, and information synthesis.

- Proactive, creative, responsible, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively.

- Preferably experienced in consumer electronics, IT, or retail industries.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Data Studio or other tracking tools is a plus.

- Able to work under constant pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
