What We Can Offer
• Manage all in-house and external research for Shopee, including Competitor Insight tracking, primary and secondary research projects on Buyer, User, Seller and Growth.
• Prepare analysis and presentation to discuss with Senior Management.
• Review and ensure all research approaches, designs and reports are insightful and actionable.
• Manage budgets and resources as planned.
• Manage multiple sub-teams and ensure the development of team members.
Minimum 7 years of working, preferably in Research/ Strategy & Planning/Growth Marketing
Minimum 4 years in Research with intermediate/advanced knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
Experience in team management and stakeholder management
Experience in both agency and client-side is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills
Adaptive to a high-paced environment
