In term of the expanding purpose, we are now seeking for qualified candidate who will join our company and work at Ha Noi Brach office:

JOB DECRIPTION:

- Provide an end-to-end support to customer from instant quotation and instant booking service followed by documentation e.g., BL and Invoice / payment process through self-service platform (eCOM & Mobile App, etc).

- Sales activities to achieve sales targets.

- Engaged in Account Plan maintenance (AP preparation & review) for customers.

- Generate and respond to Sales Leads to promote cargo ex/to Haiphong.

- Coordinate with other Dept. to resolve disputes and share market/customer information to team for further update to Trade Management.

- Pick up service issue (cases) escalated by Customer Care Agents (CCA) & resolve it.

- Primary coordinator for service requests locally (e.g., liaising with other depts, overseas teammates, etc.) to provide prompt case management.

- Owns the final accountability for customer payment behavior and overdue/outstanding amount.

REQUIREMENT :

- Vietnamese Citizen.

- Gender: Female/Male.

- Graduated from Foreign Trade University or other Universities with a major in Marketing, Business, Economic and Commercial.

- Experience in the field of Shipping and Logistic is at least 3 years or over is an advantage.

- Good communication, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, report skill.

- Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English.

- Supper computer literacy with capability in MS Office.

- Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detailed.

- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and well-organized.

- Willing to meet objectives under higher pressure.
