Marketing & Sales Senior Specialist

The Marketing and Sales Senior Specialist provides Vietnam real-estate market research and expertise in the oversight, enforcement, and development, sales of real-estate project.

- Location: Daewoo E&C Head Office, Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city, Vietnam

- Duties and responsibilities:

Market research and report

• Prepare market reports and presentations (including trend of real-estate about residential, commercial and so on)

• Prepare market surveys of all of Vietnam (HN, HCM)

• Update real-estate trend of residential, commercial (office), and any related law

Sales

• Support Generalized Low-rise _ APT sale (Make strategy and target, based on trend of real-estate about residential, commercial and so on)

• Support sale staff and agency

• Review other developer's sale method and plan

• Confirm and report on sales document (contract, regulation, any regal change)

Advertisement

• Manage company’s Advertisement material (Video, Brochure and so on) and confirm advertisement work and contents

Others:

• Overall management of the department's annual operating plan (AOP), drive the team members to deliver the department's overall objectives

• Coach, develop, motivate, and provide growth opportunities for subordinates across teams & levels

• Ensure safe, healthy, and positive work environment.

• Ensure good interaction relationship, communication, and collaboration between departments and project sites

• Manage business risks within related areas of the department

• Bachelor's degree related with position.

• Candidates with brokerage certificate will be an advantage.

• At least 5 years of experience in real-estate including at least 3 years’ experience in an equivalent role.

• CBRE, Savills, JLL and developer working experience in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh preferred at least 3 years

• Proficient in English

• Excellent technical knowledge in real estate, residential housing, commercial and corporate law, foreign investment

• Possess great analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Organized and driven with a high-performing work ethic

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
