- Conduct research & analyze data to evaluate trends, market, target consumers and competition ventures;
- Support in controlling marketing expense (advertisement & promotion activities) & budget;
- Daily/ Weekly report to superiors on progress of projects and assigned tasks;
- Plan & execute tasks regarding product development following project quality & timeline including packaging design, assessment and product development process;
* For senior level:
- Coordinate with agencies for effective strategy, communication and marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, etc.;
- Co-operate with related departments (Sales, Digital Communication, R&D, etc.) to lead and execute on-going & new projects smoothly;
- Guide, support and provide on-the-job training for junior team members.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, PR or related majors;
- Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;
- Have basic knowledge of Marketing and Market Research;
- Have good data analysis, problem solving & teamwork skills;
- Have high responsibility, patience, corporation, ownership, willing to learn mindset and can-do attitude;
- At least 1-year experience in marketing/ trade marketing of FMCG products.
