Ecommerce has created a disruption in the market and all brands need to adapt with speed to maximize the benefits. At the same time new customer requirements are just around the corner and Onpoint could not stand alone to create the best possible services for such fast changing real business scenarios. Onpoint believes what makes a great partnership within the industry is the same as what makes a great partnership between individuals – that the overall result is more than the sum of its parts.
We are looking for a strong Marketing Solutions Partnership Manager who can help Onpoint create meaningful partnerships with all marketing partners, vendors to fulfill our clients’ objectives and help them maximize the potential of their online business.
You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among new and existing partnerships.
You will have an opportunity to connect with a wide range of different Digital market solutions partners in and beyond Vietnam.
You will be the internal consulting arm of our business that owns critical strategic objectives to ensure Onpoint services continued success.
You will have an opportunity to learn and grow with a high performance team including experts in different areas of business who came from local & regional background, from Brands, Retails, Consultant, Agency, Ecommerce.
You will collaborate with functions under Marketing Service and Solutions leveraging shared value of Onpoint and partners to help our Brands clients grow their baseline, penetration, retention, loyalty or revenue
This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
You will report to Chief Growth Officer
You will be responsible for all activities to grow Digital Marketing Solutions Partnership for Onpoint including:
● Evaluate new and complementary market opportunities
● Develop a strategy for targeting untapped Digital Marketing Solutions partnerships in the industry
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with new partners
● Work cross-functionally to cultivate and optimize new relationships
● Work closely with Marketing Service and Solutions team to coordinate and manage existing partnerships
● Set, track and analyze key performance indicators—presenting measurable insights and recommendations that drive towards the best possible outcome
● Evaluate new and complementary market opportunities to inform the buy, build, partner decision
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● 4+ years of experience in Corporate Sponsorships, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales
● Previous studies in business administration, marketing or analytic driven degree
● Strong ability to build and nurture relationships
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
● Comfortable with customer interaction on partnerships, demos and sales
● Leadership skills & strong ability in working and influence different stakeholders.
● Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities
● Previous Banking & e-commerce experience a plus
