Marketing Specialist

• Marketing Planning & Execution: Build and develop a comprehensive marketing communication plan for digital media channels (website, social media,...), product marketing channels (website,email...) ;

• Content production: Deploy plans and produce content and video scripts regularly on media channels, ensuring consistency in product information, brand messages and accuracy in media information;

• Advertising management: Plan, deploy and operate advertising on digital media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok,etc.), ensuring leads attraction and conversion efficiency;

• Coordinate with global stakeholders & internal departments: Actively coordinate and create clear communication progress with other departments to enhance the general work performance and drive sales growth;

• Results management and measurement: Monitor, measure, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of communication campaigns, ensuring the completion of Department and Company goals;

• Other tasks according to project allocation and directly from Line Manager;

• Graduated with at least 1-2 years of experience in the Marketing industry (preferred candiate with previous experience working at Marketing Agency)

• Critical and creative thinker with a growth mindset, and agile spirit to achieve quick wins.

• Ability to adapt and learn fast in a fast-paced work environment and team structure under time pressure

• Exceptional project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work. Be responsive and visible.

• Critical, reasoning, logical thinking, and user-focused mindset are a must.

• Great written & verbal communication skills. Confident in public speaking.

• Strong command of English and Vietnamese languages.
