Marketing Specialist & Education Consultant

Smartay Education is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist & ant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the marketing efforts and student recruitment for our educational programmes.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Branding (80%) :

- Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans, including online marketing activities such as digital marketing, social media, website management, and email marketing.

- Foster and manage partner relationships for B2B and B2C marketing activities.

- Launch programs and events to attract potential students and enhance the brand value of Smartay Education.

- Oversee the company's social media presence and digital marketing channels.

- Propose marketing ideas and projects to boost sales.

- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns across various media (social, print, etc.).

- Lead a team to deliver the best results for Marketing, including content writing, post design, brochures design, and running company events such as Talkshow, Webinar, and Workshop. A small note to better understand is that we do not have a Marketing Department. You would need to work effectively with other Administration, Sales, and Academics team members. The teammates are very supportive and have a solid understanding of the company's services. Therefore, effective management and delegation of work will greatly help your work.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop targeted marketing campaigns

- The KPI will be discussed in details during the interviews

2. Recruitment and Admissions (20%) :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK educational institutions, serving as the primary liaison for student applications and inquiries.

- Manage the student application process from initial inquiry until the student receives an unconditional offer.

- Marketing or relevant qualifications and experience.

- Excellent understanding of the education systems of English-speaking countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
