Role & Job Description:
Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough research on global education trends, competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
• Analyze the customer feedback collected by the relevant teams and then use it for the benefit of the company.
Brand Management:
• Design, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, Zalo community, etc.) to attract prospective agents and increase the company brand awareness.
• Assisting Social Media Manager in content creation to use it on company social media accounts and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & more).
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
Content Creation & Management:
• Develop compelling content including social media posts, promotional videos tailored to prospective agents.
• Responsible for activities such as managing products through their entire lifecycle, marketing new products, suggesting improvements, strategizing and internal communication.
• Prepare and update the marketing material sources which accessible by agents
Partnership & Events Coordination:
• Assist in the launching of new institutional partner collaboration and keep updating about them in proper channels.
• Collaborate with agents, educational institutions, and partners to organize webinars, fairs, and informational sessions to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain a good and proactive relationship with Institution Partners, Agent Partners & other relevant Stakeholders.
• Participate in marketing events and public presentations as required.
• Work with the management and other relevant teams in developing plans to increase revenue through products and services.
Yêu cầu công việc
Require Qualification/Experience:
• Must have minimum of 2 years working experience within the international student placement industry.
• Knowledge and comprehensive awareness of the overseas study destination, especially Australia, UK.
• Analytical Skills - Must be able to understand large amounts of data and information.
• Communication skill - Must have strong communication skills when gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting in front of public.
• Well-organized and detailed orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Be passionate and engaging with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to travel interstate or overseas upon request.
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Creativity and content creation skills.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
