• Create PR & KOL plans and strategies
• Improve the quality of all company’s voice via different online and offline channels
• Serve as a first contact person for all media queries
• Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
• Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
• Organize and oversee company events such as opening day, media briefing, CSR events…
• Provide effective crisis management solutions in the times of need
• Conduct research and analyze public opinion
• Build and maintain targeted media lists, KOLs and nurture relationships with key reporters/KOLs
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
2. Communications Specialist
• Promote our products and services
• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
• Advertise our company and products/services on various media
• Produce marketing copy for our website
• Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns
• Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
• Execute MKT and Communications’ plan
• Receive support from Head of MKT and Communications and CMO
• Report and analysis of MKT and Communications situation
• Follow-up with Group’s brands & coordinate with BUs to ensure smooth implementation of MKT activities and
ensure all projects, tasks and activities are executing perfectly according to CMO’’s expectations and deadlines.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism, marketing or similar relevant field
• Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns
• Applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
• Experience with diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Passion for engaging with KOLs
• Attention to details.
