The Marketing Strategy Leader will be responsible for leading the development and execution
of a holistic, high-impact marketing strategy for Trump International Hung Yen. This role
requires a visionary yet highly structured marketer who can translate brand values into
actionable plans across multiple phases: brand launch, sales campaigns, member engagement,
and sustained brand presence. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams,
creative agencies, and Trump Organization's global marketing office to ensure brand alignment
and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
● Lead the development of long-term marketing strategy across residential, golf
membership, and destination branding.
● Define clear brand positioning and narrative consistent with Trump’s global luxury
standards and localized to the Vietnamese market.
● Design integrated marketing roadmap across 4 key phases: pre-launch, soft launch,
official launch, and long-term brand sustainment.
2. Campaign Development
● Oversee the ideation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR,
events, partnerships, content).
● Manage the creation of hero assets: key visuals, manifesto videos, brand stories,
lifestyle content/images, etc.
● Coordinate with sales and product teams to deliver lead-driven campaigns.
3. Brand Governance & Global Alignment
● Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency in brand voice, design, and messaging
across all assets.
● Liaise directly with Trump Organization’s global team to secure approvals and
maintain brand compliance.
4. Market Intelligence
● Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for positioning and
growth.
● Regularly review performance data (CRM, digital analytics, sales) to optimize strategy.
5. Team & Stakeholder Management
● Collaborate with external vendors (agencies, production houses, media buyers).
● Present strategies and progress reports to internal BOD and key partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
***Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Minimum
7–10 years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality,
or luxury brands.
● Strong understanding of high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) customer behavior.
● Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns and luxury product launches.
● Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
● Experience working with or for international brands is highly valued.
