Role Summary:
The Mass Recruitment Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end supply chain of blue-collar labor for South Korean manufacturing clients in Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing a network of Local Recruitment Agencies and ensuring a seamless flow of qualified candidates to our Key Clients through our advanced recruitment data system. We are looking for a veteran in mass hiring with exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Partnership & Network Management (Vendor Management)
• Identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable local recruitment agencies in major industrial zones (e.g., Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An).
• Negotiate revenue-share agreements and manage performance KPIs of local partners to ensure a consistent labor supply.
• Conduct regular meetings with local agencies to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
2. Client Relationship & Communication
• Serve as the main liaison for South Korean manufacturing clients (e.g., E-Land), understanding their urgent hiring requirements.
• Translate client needs into actionable recruitment plans for local agencies.
• Provide professional reports on recruitment progress and labor market insights to client leadership.
3. Recruitment Process Digitalization & Operations
• Manage the process of converting manual/paper-based candidate information into our digital database system.
• Oversee the "Live Status" check of the talent pool to ensure candidate availability for immediate deployment.
• Ensure all recruitment data is standardized and ready for integration with the client’s internal systems (ERP).
4. High-Volume Hiring Excellence
• Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly/weekly mass-hiring targets for factory workers.
• Monitor candidate quality and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Laws and client-specific hiring standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–10 years of intensive experience in Mass Recruitment or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), specifically within the manufacturing/factory sector.
• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English (for client reporting/meetings) and Vietnamese (for agency/field management).
• Strong Network: An existing, proven network of local labor suppliers and recruitment agencies across Vietnam.
• Leadership: Ability to lead external partners and coordinate complex logistics for large-scale hiring events.
• Solution-Oriented: A proactive mindset to solve sudden labor shortages and field-level challenges.
