Material Control_Chinese (Kế Hoạch Nguyên Vật Liệu)

Overall responsible for controlling material shortage/excess to meet production plan, and optimize the inventory level

1. Control MRP (Material Requirement Planning) results, and release PR (Purchase Requisition) to Procurement team.

2. Ensure material availability to meet production/customer demand.

3. Control and minimize the EXOB (Excess and Obsolete) materials.

4. Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and Program team for new products launch.

5. Communicate internally for material status.

Educational background

Bachelor Degree

- Typically, 2 – 4 years in supply change managements

- Understand supply chain; able to work with many parties at the same time to drive the supply;

Experience

- understand complex system, material control methodology to ensure accurate inventory, and material management.

- Highly analytical skills, able to deal with large and complex data.

- Fluent written and spoken Chinese;

- Good at Excel; knowing Power BI/VBA/Python is an advantage

Skill

- Experience with ERP systems; familiar with SAP is an advantage

- Good logical thinking and data analytics; able to analyze complex problems of supply chain
