Mô Tả Công Việc
• Define steps and design/improve the production material flow (layout/facility/delivery methodology) from Receiving Docks, Warehouse, Unpack to manufacturing areas with Right part, right time, right quantity and right location
• Be a project leader in any product launch activity (Re-layout, facility and system installation…): Setting objective, self-manage, leading the team to develop effective and efficient workplans to supply material of new model
• Working with other team from manufacturing, launch, technical to develop the CLL - Cycle line layout (detailed location, delivery method of production material). Joining the meeting and provide inputs, challenge for the best material stream type and material flow concept for the plant (optimize the distance to technician, manpower, investment…)
• Ensure Material Flow Management system (PFEP&SMART&SKS…) are working properly on the plant floor to support production. Data is input fully and timely
• Design internal racks/trolleys/flow rack (for market place, kitting and group delivery) for new model launch
• Lean mind-set with improvement idea (improve HPU and CPU)
• Issue PR and follow up with finance and purchasing until PO is issued to suppliers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5-8 years working experience of manufacturing in FDI company (related to Automotive is preferred)
• Excellent command of English and computer literate (AutoCAD, Excel, Project)
• Good analytical skill, logical thinking and solving problem.
• Ability to work within a team and to support the group effort.
• Good health, hard work and can work independently
• Able to travel
• Leadership/communication and project manager skills
• Strategic thinking
• Open mind/respect and confident
• Project management license
• Design application: AutoCAD/Teamcenter
• Project & Data management: Excel, Project, Access
• Material management: CMMS/PFEP/SKS/SMART
