1) Sales & distribution management: 50-70%
• Build and maintain existing accounts in the assigned territories to achieve sales targets by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on them.
• Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales results.
• Builds strong relationships with key decision makers/ key opinion leaders, professional associations, distributors & dealers.
• Train & coach distributor’s sales reps.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely product and service support.
• Complete and submit all reports (sales, customer, and expenses etc.).
2) Product & Market Implementation: 50% -30%
• Enthused continual learning for products, competitors’ products and keeping updated of current trends and best practices in the marketplace.
• Assess and present suitable promoted products information to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
• Coordinate and organize in-service demonstrations, and education programs for healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products to management in an organized, timely and effective manner.
• Analyze data and market conditions to safeguard and recommend timely changes to promote TVME position in the market requirements.

Functional/Technical Skills
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluency in English and good communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with self-discipline and a good team player as well.
• Team player with “can-do “attitude, ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree, prefer in related field (Medical/ Pharmacy/ Nursing/ Biomedical).
• 3-5 years of medical devices sales experience within the hospital selling, clinical experience in ICU/CCU/OR will be advantageous.
• Excellent sales skills (including project sales) and product knowledge.
• Experienced in managing distributor.
• Service, supply chain experience.
