Mô Tả Công Việc
• Implement sales plan with MDC by weekly, monthly to reach Sale Out target
• Maximize products in line including new products: AC and APU
• Follow customer promotion calendar and propose promotion program
• Collect market and key competitors’ information and propose suitable activities.
• Manage sell-out staff and PG to achieve sales target.
• Ensure Daikin image and Daikin brands in shop
• SO/SI forecast plan, manage stock
• Check and coach SO/PG team (efficient and professional)
• Perform other job-related as assigned

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years’ experience at Sales position and take care MDC: Mediamart, Nguyen Kim, HC, PICO, Dien May Xanh
• Experience in building Buz plan: ROI, Activities, Deployment…
• Experience in Human Resources management: Sales + PG
• Be good at communication, negotiation, sales skills
• Computer skill (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Friendly, active, patient and detail - oriented.
• Good relationship with MDC shops
• Ability to work individual and high pressure
• At least 2 years’ experience at Sales position and take care MDC: Mediamart, Nguyen Kim, HC, PICO, Dien May Xanh
