Mechanical Engineer

• Responsible for creat/ revise and manage the maintenance plan (Preventive/ Predictive/ troubleshooting), machine check sheet, work instruction for maintenance task list. • Spare part order & manage to ensure safety stock. • Provide and carry out emergency repair to ensure minimum machine downtime. • Participate and implement machine’s continuous improvement project. • Work closely with Process, EHS, Production, QA and other departments to provide information and technical support on daily operation and troubleshooting of equipment. • Deeply study the equipment status, analyze the potential safety and breakdown factors, then optimize the maintenance plan. • Provide technical support for new projects, including equipment updates. • Responsible for making the safety technical measures plan and hidden danger rectification plan of the Mechanical parts of equipment, and timely checking and implementation. • Responsible for the establishment and management of Mechanical equipment files to meet the requirements of safety technical specifications and technical standards. • Responsible for researching and solving safety and technical problems in production process, and actively carry out optimization and innovation. • Improve production processes, and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales. • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.

Educational qualifications • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field Relevant experience • 3-5 years of experience working in engineering • Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products • Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems • Experience using design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. • Familiar with maitenance systen like SAP, EMS or similar • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability (5W1H, 8D,…) Personal characteristics & behaviour • Strong motivation to learn, have ‘can-do’ attitude • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills • Strong process and conceptual skills • Strong analytical, problem solving skills • Team player • Able to work under pressure and take ownership
