Mechanical Engineer

TUUCI ASIA is searching for new team members who embody passion and performance on our Engineering Team. The mechanical engineer is responsible for engineering function for the development and maintenance of new and existing products as well as providing engineering support to all other product lines locally and internationally.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Utilize SolidWorks to generate, maintain, update 3D models, drawings and manufacturing documentations on Doc_vault system.

• Execute training, drawing and technical instructions, resolve technical issues.

• Work with vendors to implement the designs and support quality issues.

• Develop, maintain, update the required documentation including BOMs, technical details.

• Support custom product requests and interface with customer service, sales representative and clients as needed on various requests.

• Lead researching, suggestion, evaluation and building of manufacturing method, manufacturing processes.

• Support the evaluation of the samples including fitting, overall function, and performance of the parts per the designed aspects.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Be proficient in SolidWorks to build 3D modeling, drawings and assemblies.

• Complete a mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering.

• Have experience in machinery, manufacturing, mechanical processing.

• Have intermediate English skill, be able to read and understand English documents and emails.

• Have strong analytical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Have strong communication ability through different silos.

• Collaborate well with teamwork, multitask, cross-sectional and cross-cultural mindset.

• Have a continuous learning attitude.
