Mechanical Engineer

1. To accurately define technical specification requirements with appropriate departments then seek out potential suppliers to meet those requirements on specification, quality, delivery.

2. Provide daily sales support operationally such as handling and following up on customer enquiries, quotation, order processing, delivery, invoicing and handling custom documents.

3. Prepare tenders and follow-up on Technical Bidding Clarification and Technical & Commercial Evaluation.

4. Develop new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of larger customers.

5. Expedite all goods to ensure goods arrive on time.

6. Highlighting problems if there is a delay.

7. Liaise with suppliers and pushing on delivery information.

8. Dealing with technical queries from customer/suppliers and solving problem.

1. Technical background: Major in Mechatronics Engineering; Electronic-Industrial Automation Engineering; Marine Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering .... (University of Polytechnic is preferred) & Commercial knowledge.

2. Good at English: Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading, especially in ability of technical documentation reading.

3. Experienced in tender preparation & Project management

4. Experienced within an expediting project environment.

5. Proven negotiation skills.

6. Ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines.

7. Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills

8. Planning and scheduling skills

9. Hard working under high pressure

10. To be able to travel in both of domestic and oversea.
