Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer

Job Description: - Develop and improve production techniques. - Assist with designing routers to assure traceability and integrity of the production processes. - New product or service introduction. - Cost calculation and quoting of new products. - Assist production with process improvements and implementation. - Assist with qualification and testing of new products and processes. - Assist with material sourcing. - Assist with system development and improvement. - Design fixtures for production, - Create word instruction, - Using management software (ERP) - Create 3D, create 2D drawing based on 3D, check/review 2D drawing ( tolerance, GD&T..) before it is released to CNC production, Assembly production - Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements: - Engineering degree in mechanic, electric, automation, mechatronics - English reading, writing, and speaking skills. - CNC parts (Fixtures for production, machining process,) or similar products. - Experience with manufacturing process (Router, Word Oder) - Experience with Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, Corel to create drawings. - Experience with wire harness (Schematic dwg), temperature sensor (Thermocouple, Resistance Temperature Detector), - Min. 1-year work experience in similar position. and HeatingSolutions Supporting skills: - Able to work independently. - Problem solving, root cause analysis. - Organizing skills.
