Mechanical Engineer (Fabrication)

• Review and verify fabrication drawings (fabrication drawings, GA drawings) against technical standards and project requirements.

• Support in managing and supervising external fabricators/subcontractors.

• Inspect fabricated products, comparing them with drawings and standards to ensure quality before delivery.

• Participate in product acceptance and inspections with clients or QC department.

• Record and report deviations, propose corrective actions, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Monitor fabrication progress and track product status at the workshop.

• Join technical meetings with partners, clients, and suppliers when assigned.

• Prepare technical documents, inspection reports, and acceptance records required by the project.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

• College/University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Fabrication, or related fields.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking

• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn

• With at least 3 years of experience in mechanical production management or quality control (QC).

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D, 3D).

• Experience in steel structure, tank, piping, or export fabrication projects is preferred.

• Solid knowledge of tolerances, material standards, and mechanical quality inspection methods.

• Proficient in mechanical design software (AutoCAD,).

• Good reporting, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to travel to fabrication workshops when required.

• Basic English communication skills: able to read and understand technical documents, exchange simple emails, and join short discussions with overseas partners.

• Candidates with the ability to write short reports or use English in daily work/production environments will be preferred.

• Experience Site management for installation is an advantage

Right:

• Salary: up to 20M VND depending on ability. Will be specifically negotiated during interview

• Calculate overtime with the statutory coefficient.
