Mechanical Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Cơ Khí

The engineer will work under the supervision of the engineering manager, and he/she will work on developing products and processes. From concept phase into 3d designs and drawings, through sample production and up to First Article Approval. Not only will he/she work on the 3d and drawing, but will also develop the production process (routing) and Bill Of Materials. And during sample phase he/she will also have to help production in the realization of the product or the process. - Plan and organize his/her activities, to meet the deadlines given. - Create 3D models and detail drawings for production of the products. - Create 3D models, produce Jigs, fixtures, and test equipment to support production and quality control. - Read and understand technical information and help setup new processes and write the accompanying procedures. - Support other departments to read understand and set up a new machine. - Giving guidance for production department to produce samples and 1st production lot. - Support production preparation staff for each process in Routing, create BOM during production development, and feedback details of changes in BOM and Routing based on the actual production process. - Support production and quality problem-solving in the factory. - Randomly audit the implementation of work instructions and procedures in production and quality control and provide feedback to the Management and QA. - Release, inform, and control technical documents. - Other related task as assigned by the Engineering Manager. Từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến thiết kế và bản vẽ 3D, cho đến sản xuất mẫu và cho đến phê duyệt sản phẩm đầu tiên. Kỹ sư cơ khí không chỉ làm việc trên 3D và bản vẽ mà còn phát triển quy trình sản xuất (Routing) và Định mức vật liệu. Và trong giai đoạn mẫu, kỹ sư cơ khí cũng sẽ phải hỗ trợ sản xuất trong việc hiện thực hóa sản phẩm hoặc quy trình. - Lập kế hoạch và sắp xếp các công việc của mình để đáp ứng thời hạn được đưa ra. - Tạo mô hình 3D và bản vẽ chi tiết để sản xuất sản phẩm - Tạo mô hình 3D và sản xuất đồ gá và thiết bị kiểm tra để hỗ trợ sản xuất và quản lý chất lượng. - Đọc và hiểu thông tin kỹ thuật, giúp thiết lập các quy trình mới và viết các quy trình đi kèm. - Hỗ trợ các bộ phận đọc hiểu và lắp đặt máy mới. - Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ sản xuất sản phẩm mẫu và lô sản xuất đầu tiên. - Hỗ trợ nhân viên chuẩn bị sản xuất cho từng quy trình trong Routing, tạo BOM trong quá trình phát triển sản xuất, phản hồi chi tiết thay đổi BOM và routing dựa trên quy trình sản xuất thực tế. - Hỗ trợ giải quyết vấn đề sản xuất và chất lượng tại Nhà máy. - Kiểm tra các hướng dẫn và quy trình công việc ngẫu nhiên trong sản xuất, chất lượng và phản hồi với Quản lý và bộ phận QA. - Phát hành, thông báo và kiểm soát các tài liệu kỹ thuật. - Các công việc liên quan khác do Trưởng phòng phân công.
