Mechanical Engineer (New Factory)

Responsibilities:

• Design, improve, and develop mechanical machines and equipment for production.

• Improve and optimize production lines to enhance productivity, quality, and reduce production costs.

• Analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment and production lines.

• Participate in establishing, adjusting, and managing machine setting parameters.

• Propose and implement Kaizen ideas for technology, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

• Support maintenance and periodic servicing to ensure machines operate stably and safely.

• Manage and supervise operators to ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety regulations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Graduated from College/University with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Machine Design.

• Experience in designing automated machines, drive systems, pneumatic systems, servo mechanisms, and mechanical cams.

• Proficient in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools.

• Able to read and understand manufacturing drawings, technical standards, and tolerances.

• Possess logical thinking, creativity, a willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.

• Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in machine manufacturing or automation companies.

• Language: English communication.
