Media Creator (Digital Marketing) / Trade Marketing and Event / Marketing Coordinator / Project Coordinator (South Area)

MEDIA CREATOR / DIGITAL MARKETING (Workplace: HCM or Long A or Đồng Nai or Bình Thuận or Bình Phước)

- Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality video content relating to Feed industry to impress target audience of farmers, feed agents (such as testimonial, educational video, review videos, product demos, short films)

- Design eye-catching graphics and illustrations for various marketing materials (e.g., presentations, website banners, social media ads)

- Create engaging and appealing social media posts include photos, video and text

- Ensure consistent brand story and message across all social media platforms and other marketing channels

- Always stay updated of the latest trends in social media, video production, and graphic design

EVENT AND TRADE MARKETING (Workplace: District 7 - HCM or Ben Luc – Long An/ Support shuttle bus from HCM)

- Be responsible for arranging and managing BTL activities to introduce the products to customers and end consumers: events, sampling, activation, merchandising, retail audit, etc at all sales channels from conception through to completion, from planning to execution based on the Strategic marketing plan and Action plan and planned budget.

- Develop sales presentations, sales tools, product brochures, and other materials to support the sales team's efforts.

- Initiative outstanding and high quality marketing materials, visual materials, promotional gifts, and all POSM

- Oversee and maximize the use of marketing materials for the sales-driven activities

- Conduct performance monitoring, analyze sales data and report progress to ensure effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and dentify areas for improvement.

MARKETING COORDINATOR (Workplace: Ben Luc – Long An/ Support shuttle bus from HCM)

- Support marketing team in planning & executing marketing activities to serve customers and maximize sales growth

- Collaborate with functional departments, such as Sales, Sales admin, IT, Procurement, etc to roll out project initiatives on track with expected quality

- Prepare project documentation, conduct weekly, monthly report and administrative jobs to support marketing team

- Manage marketing materials, promotional gifts, process paperwork relating to marketing material production.

- Keep record of marketing inventory, marketing expenditure

- Support analyze and report performance of all marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

PROJECT COORDINATOR (Workplace: District 7 - HCM)

1. Follow up daily execution of the in-charged commercial and operational projects: Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to keep up with desired progress and deliver the expected quality.

2. Support Team member and Superiors and Functional teams with weekly, monthly report and administrative tasks, develop and track implementation plans and execute initiatives and tools in terms of:

+ Streamline work procedure and optimize operations processes.

+ Monitor progress and make a close follow-up with respective parties

3. Support superior and business leaders in data analytics, and periodical reports to superior on activity progress, support business leaders closely monitor desired performance, and create alerts when there are any issues or risks

MEDIA CREATOR / DIGITAL MARKETING

- Have solid understanding in Filming, Media, Marketing, or a related field

- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design software

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences

- Familiar with livestream acvities, motion graphics and animation software is a plus

- Pay attention to details and always seek for higher standards and limits

- Perform multi tasking and work with multiple projects at the same time

EVENT AND TRADE MARKETING

- Excellent English at speaking, writing

- Perform a strong execution capability follow-up to keep things on track.

- Pay attention to details and have a high standard, aim to perfection

- Proficiency in using Microsoft office, design software

- Eager for the new and creative things/ideas/experiences, stay updated with new trends, technology and marketing ideas
