Media Leader

Lead and manage the media team (photographers, videographers, editors, designers) to deliver high-quality visuals and videos.

Plan, organize, and oversee media projects — including product shoots, brand videos, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to align visual content with brand direction and campaign goals.

Develop creative concepts and ensure consistent visual storytelling across all channels (website, social media, advertising).

Review and provide feedback on team outputs to ensure professional quality and brand alignment.

Manage schedules, timelines, and production budgets effectively.

Stay updated on trends in photography, videography, and digital media to continually improve quality and innovation.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical and creative skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, Design, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in media production, content creation, or a similar creative leadership role.

Strong skills in video production, photography, and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).

Proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Leadership and team management experience.

Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in brand visual tone.

Experience working with international clients or export-oriented products is a plus.
