JOB PURPOSE:
• To promote and preserve positive brand awareness and image among customers and target audiences for the company, its subsidiaries, projects, and product lines.
• To handle media relations, risk management, and crisis communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage media relations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to handle crisis communications, aiming to preserve the Company’s brand image in the eyes of customers and the public.
• Build and maintain press relations to support corporate communication efforts that elevate the Group’s brand image, thereby protecting and promoting the reputation of its subsidiaries, product lines, project brands, and other Nam Long offerings.
• Draft press releases and speeches for Company executives for Group-level media events.
• Coordinate interviews with official Company representatives for PR, investor relations, and external corporate affairs, ensuring high information quality and consistency.
• Update journalists on the Company’s key activities, provide pre-approved positive content for media coverage, and ensure factual accuracy across all communication channels.
• Proactively manage risks and directly respond to media crises, following guidance from direct supervisors.
• Collaborate on the development of corporate brand content (PR articles, fanpage, website, digital channels) and branded materials (brochures, leaflets, Group videos, etc.).
• Support the implementation of brand communication and marketing plans for subsidiaries, projects, and Group products:
• Execute initiatives to increase public exposure and visibility for Nam Long’s products, in coordination with the Marketing/PR teams of subsidiaries and projects.
• Manage both internal and external communication channels, including website content, social media, and digital media platforms.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
• Internal: All employees, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.
• External: Relevant government authorities, agencies, organizations, and business partners related to the assigned responsibilities.
• Public Sector & Media: Government bodies, journalists, and media outlets within the real estate industry.
AUTHORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Authority:
• Propose professional initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
• Request relevant departments to provide information necessary for work tasks.
• Participate in training, coaching, and staff development programs in accordance with company policy.
2. Responsibilities:
• Strictly comply with the Company’s Charter, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and legal regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Participate in employee training and development programs as required by company policy.
• Uphold the Company’s image and reputation when acting as its representative in external relations.
• Fulfill all assigned tasks with diligence and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with strong communication and information delivery skills.
2. Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the Real Estate, Finance, or Media & Advertising industries.
