Medical Delegate (Trình Dược Viên) (Adult Nutrition - Khu Vực HCM)

- Actively recommend Nestlé's Adult Nutrition products and services to healthcare professionals (HCPs) when appropriate. Be the recognised Trusted Adult Nutrition Solution Provider and Partner by and with HCPs.

- Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision makers

- Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e. competetive intelligence), through relevant tools/systems like the CRM 2.0

- To ensure quality service to HCPs through proper monitoring of product availabilty, visibility, freshness and pricing withing the territory via Networking with Sales Colleagues/Distributors/Designated Suppliers.

- Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products

• Managed independently territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals

• Managing projects/tasks such as organising activites with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc.

• Experience in identifying and working with new institutions & HCPs and developing existing relationships

• Experience in a highly regulated health care environment

• Experience in relationship development and management
