The Opportunity:

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Hanoi. This is your chance to build meaningful relationships, drive business growth, and be part of Vietnam's expanding healthcare sector.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote our laboratory testing services

- Develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to spot new growth opportunities

- Prepare regular sales reports with performance metrics and market insights and provide valuable feedback to management

- Work closely with the team on additional projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or laboratory testing

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Medicine or related field

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of medical or laboratory testing terminology is a plus

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
