1. Primary Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the assigned product line within the designated territory. Ensure the achievement of annual sales targets and the year-over-year growth rate of the product line.
• Plan and execute customer care activities and report performance periodically to the supervisor.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing activities, product introductions, and treatment information for target customers.
• Manage costs within the planned budget.
• Collect market research information: competitors, market trends, updates on regulations/policies to improve and develop the company's business.
• Seek and develop new markets/potential customers.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute assigned projects or/and present products (market segments, bidding, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with functional departments to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives in terms of accounts receivable and product expiration management.
• Advise the General Director on the planning, investment strategy, and development of the product line, and build pricing policies for products.
• Work with partners to develop annual business plans and submit periodic reports.
• Be responsible for the product line's profit to the General Director.
• Organize documents, prepare and participate in the tendering process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
2. Objectives
• Territory Management
o Develop a customer care plan.
o Increase product coverage in the assigned market.
o Develop new products.
o Increase market share in potential markets (Tier 1 Hospitals, Military Hospital 175, multi-specialty clinics, etc.).
o Quickly resolve all customer inquiries.
• Tender Management
o Manage tenders in the assigned territory.
o Update reports in the tender management file and submit reports as required monthly.
• Business Performance Measurement
o Quarterly sales vs. target.
o Growth rate.
o Annual sales vs. target.
• Reporting
o Consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for superiors on customer status and business results.
o Timely propose solutions and proactively handle unexpected situations.
• Resource Management
o Manage the budget and use costs efficiently.
• Inventory Management
o Forecast monthly inventory with high accuracy based on customer demand.
o Manage company assets to prevent loss.
• Accounts Receivable
o Support debt collection.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education
o University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or other related fields
• Professional Knowledge
o At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of medical equipment, with preference for candidates with experience in the Musculoskeletal product line.
o Experience working in medical equipment companies or in hospital environments in the Orthopedics department.
o Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies tendering procedures.
o Experience working with partners to seek business development opportunities for the product group in charge.
• IT
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Languages
o Fluent in English, additional knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
• Skills
o Ability to analyze product potential, market, build strategies for new product development, and develop short-term and long-term plans.
o Ability to present products to customers, especially to convey the relationship between product criteria and quality and price advantages to customers.
o Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
o Analytical and critical thinking skills.
