Role Summary:
The Medical Marketing & Medical Science Manager will lead integrated medical and marketing strategies for Gaviscon, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and commercial success. This role bridges medical affairs and marketing to deliver impactful, evidence-based campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute integrated medical-marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Clinical, and Global Medical Affairs).
• Lead strategic planning for product launches, lifecycle management, and market development.
Marketing Execution
• Design and implement marketing campaigns based on medical insights and market analysis.
• Develop promotional materials and ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Support sales force training with medical and marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data insights.
Medical Affairs
• Serve as the scientific expert for assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Interpret and disseminate clinical data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all medical activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or medical affairs.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam regulatory environment.
• Strong experience working with Health Authority and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in GI therapeutic area is preferred.
